Send Email 2.0:
Send Email Tool
- Updated send email tool to include the ability to Schedule Emails to be sent at a later date.
Event Integrations:
Zapier
- Added the ability to use custom fields within Zapier
Virtual / Hybrid Events:
Create Event
- Restructured Create Event flow to show TWO products with more options as you drill in.
- Updated Event creation form to give clarity to the customer.
- Added virtual event options for AttendEasy and FundEasy that enable custom fields and templates.
- Update the hybrid registration forms so they are set up correctly for the new flow.
- Added custom pricing notifiers for discounted events.
- Removed Maps from virtual event templates.
Table Charts
- Removed table chart feature for virtual events.
- Updated table chart so only in-person groups are available for assignment in hybrid events.
Manage Registrants
- Created virtual and in-person group types for hybrid events.
- Created a clear distinction between In-Person and Virtual groups.
- Added “In-Person” & “Virtual” to bulk selection checkbox.
- Added the ability to move guests freely between virtual and in-person groups in hybrid events.
- Added “Virtual Attendee” to “View as Report” report
- Added Printable Summary Sheets to include Group Type (Public, Private, Virtual)
Attendance
- Added the ability to record manual attendance at any time during a virtual event.
- Removed Live Attendance ads from Virtual Events
Web & Email Templates
- Added the ability to bulk-select all virtual or in-person guests from Send Email recipient dropdown list.
Host Manager
- Added the ability for hosts to email guests from the Host Manager (emails sent from email client).
Reports
- Modified the Registrant Report to include Virtual or In-Person flag
- Added new “Virtual Attendee” preset field to custom report builder.
Express Self Check-in
- Added a default design to the Self-Check-in template page so it no longer defaults to a blank page.
- Added the ability to check-in additional people registered in the same party.
- Added new email validation step.
Registration
- Added a new preset field to the registration form skeleton so that people can choose to register as a virtual or in-person guest.
Legacy
- Virtual and Hybrid Events are not accessible in Legacy. Created a splash screen that directs users to v3 from legacy in order to add/access these event types.
Bug Fixes:
Event Details
- Fixed: FundEasy Summary page was displaying incorrect money totals for online revenue raised by participants (ie. Walker Revenue).
Reports — Event Summary Page
- Fixed: Displaying incorrect money totals for offline Fundraiser revenue. (Unpaid transactions not being added)
- Fixed: Rounding issues causing money totals not to match the Event Dashboard.
- Fixed: Exported report (csv) does not include new “Gift” column (on various participant lists reports).
- Fixed: Percentages for items in Event Summary report do not correctly calculate.
Email Templates
- Fixed: Adding the %ExpressSelfCheckInLink% variable to the Registration Confirmation email template does not get rendered correctly when the Confirmation email is manually resent using the chevron option in the Manage Registrants tool.
Event Setup
- Fixed: Campaign Details for Admins on FundEasy Lite events subtracts a day from the campaign start date if saved by the user.
