Improvements

Event Setup — Templates

• Added %ExpressSelfCheckIn% variable to the registration confirmation email templates

Fund Easy Lite (Giving Tuesday/Year-end Giving added)

• Add GivingTuesday 2020 banners
• Add YearEnd banners
• Add Giving Tuesday page to fundeasy.com
• Do not force a date for FundEasy Lite campaigns used for GivingTuesday or Year End — Allow the user to choose the end date of the campaign.
• FundEasy Lite GivingTuesday and Year End events are being entered with expired Campaign date, causing Event page to have no way to give.

Account Users

• Add hover and click user row to open user profile.

Bug Fixes

Fund Easy Lite

• Remove “Pay it Forward” event setup for FundEasy
• Update Giving Tuesday description copy for default 12/1/2020 event description.

FundEasy

• Can’t save changes in profile and social settings on FundEasy pages.
• Curly quotes in title caused issues. All curly quotes automatically changed to straight quotes when submitted.
• Resetting password when claiming page takes you out of the path to claim your page.
• Quotation marks in an event title prevented the FundEasy log-in modal from popping up.
• Thermometer gauge on fundraiser event site recording 0% when giving page first displays, despite moneys already raised.

Invitation List

• In any event’s Email Invitation list, “View Invite Stats” does not display all available rows. The rows get cut off.
• Apostrophes in email addresses prevent the email invitation list from sending.

Manage Registrants

• Group Totals Displaying Incorrectly in MR.

Users

• More duplicate usernames eliminated. Public FE usernames that matched Private MS Usernames were renamed. This could affect customers who previously used their MS username to log into FE pages.
• Phone number is not getting properly validated on sign up — Text allowed.

Reports

• Walker List shows the Gross Amount, but not the Gift Amount.

Send Email Tool

• Recipients pulldown in Invite tool > Drafts says “donors” instead of “participants”.

Zapier Integration

• Zapier doesn’t pull the event list anymore when creating a Zap.

Registration Form

• Adding text to the additional donation field makes the grand total NaN, but the form still submits.

Attendance — Manual Changes

• Attendance “status updated date” for all attendees updates to current date when attendance is saved.

Billing / Invoices

• Change job title of “Account Manager” on MS Service invoices.
• Drop down field for associating transactions to a particular event is missing. The missing field causes an error on submit.

Event Design (AttendEasy)

• Broken Facebook Banner cannot be removed or replaced.
