Introducing Users 2.0
A new way to invite and create users in Ministry Sync
We are excited to share that we have completely overhauled the way that users work in Ministry Sync. Along with upgrading the way users are created and managed, we have also increased user security significantly.
Inviting New Users
Adding new users in Ministry Sync is now much easier than before! Simply click on “Account Users” from your home page and then “Invite New User”.
Enter in the name and email of the person you wish to invite and Ministry Sync will send a secure email invite to that person.
Once you invite a new user, that invitation will appear in the list of Account Users as a “Pending User”.
The email invitation will be valid for 7 days before it expires. That’s all you need to do!
Accepting a New User Invite
When the person you invited clicks on the link in their email, they will be prompted with a simple form to create their new Ministry Sync user!
Just a reminder that you are not limited to how many users you can create in Ministry Sync. For security purposes, we recommend that you create one user per staff member who is using Ministry Sync. You should not be sharing one login across your organization.
